• Nigel & Susan King formed East Midlands Landscaping Ltd (previously Nigel King Landscaping)
• Turnover circa £50,000 p/a

1990 - 1995

• Company grew to 4no. teams with more commercial and house builder projects being undertaken
• Turnover circa £250,000 p/a

1995 - 2000

• Further expansion to 6no. teams with more commercial and multiple house builder contracts  
• Turnover circa £750,000 p/a

2000 - 2005 

• Further expansion to 8no. teams with house builders and large commercial projects
• Turnover £1.5m p/a

2005 - 2010

• Further expansion to 10no. teams with large commercial schemes more representing the bulk of revenue
• Change in management as Jon King, Hannah King and Neil Kirk joined the senior management team
• Turnover Circa £2m p/a

2010 - 2015

• Further expansion to 12no. teams increase in revenue from both commercial schemes and house builders
• Projects undertaken throughout the UK 
• Jamie Boat reinforces senior management team
• Turnover Circa £3m p/a

2015 - 2018

• Period of significant growth 25% per year for both main contractors and house builder markets
• Diversification into ecological works, vegetation management, fencing and hard landscaping
• 20no. teams and 60no. directly employed colleauges
• Projects completed on truley nationwide scale
• Purpose built premises purchased 
• Turnover grows to circa £6m p/a
